When your order is shipped you will receive the tracking code via email.

Do I have to pay import duties?
No - if the shipping address is in The Netherlands or the EU. If the delivery is shipped to an address outside the EU, it may be that import duties are due (it depends on the customs regulations of each country).

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original form of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, these are not refundable.

How can I exchange an item?
Just send back the already received article and order new one again in a different color or choose a different model.
How long does a refound take?
It usually takes 14 working days from receipt of the goods in our warehouse until your money is back in your account.
Order received broken, what now?
Your order has arrived damaged? Please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Enter your order number as the subject, attach a photo of the damage and briefly explain the defect or defect. We will contact you as soon as possible with suggestions for solutions.
